Waiver, Consent, and Insurance

Equipment and Readiness

Youth Athlete Safety

Defiance expects respectful, age-appropriate coaching and family communication. Parents and guardians should share any supervision, medical, behavioral, or access needs before training. When a third-party organization, league, or facility policy applies, those requirements should be followed as well.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Training is designed to help goalies improve their skills, confidence, and understanding of the position. Defiance does not guarantee team placement, playing time, wins, rankings, scholarships, injury prevention, or any specific athletic result.

Photos, Video, and Coaching Review

Training photos or video may be used for coaching review or academy promotion only when appropriate consent has been provided. Families can ask about media use or opt out before a session.

Emergency and Facility Matters

In an emergency, coaches or facility staff may contact emergency services. Participants should provide current emergency contact and medical information when requested. Training may be rescheduled, paused, or stopped for safety, weather, facility, equipment, conduct, or medical reasons.
